Snake and Indian Stick Game

.

Continued from product description on Native American's Page Three...

Historical Background: Native American children (as well as adults) had to be their own toy makers long ago. Their toys and games were made, of course, from natural materials or included things they found. They sometimes had to invent their games and make up rules for them. One such game involved sticks or bones with painted figures or drawn patterns. The rules to this game were simple and it was great fun to play! Today, we call this game the "Snake and Indian Game" and it is still as much fun to play today as it was centuries ago.
